What we protect you from
The four things that shut small businesses down
You don't need to know the technical terms. You just need to know these are covered.
Losing your files
Customer records, invoices, and years of work gone after a dead drive or a stolen laptop.
Getting locked out
Ransomware locks everything and demands payment. It hits small offices because they're easy targets.
Money stolen by email
A fake invoice or a hijacked email account tricks someone into paying the wrong person.
A day of downtime
When the card reader, scheduling system, or Wi-Fi goes down, so does your revenue.
The free security check shows you where your business stands on all four, in plain English.

About
Why Matthews Tech Help exists
Before starting this business, I protected state governments. I was the Statewide EDR Architect and Tier 3 Security Lead for the State of Iowa, and a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer for the State of Colorado. I've worked incident response in every role I've held, which means I've seen exactly how attacks happen and what stops them.
Small businesses in Springfield face the same threats with a fraction of the protection. Too many are paying too much, waiting too long, or getting answers they can't understand.
You won't get sold something you don't need, and you won't be made to feel behind for not knowing how it all works. My job is to fix the problem, protect what you've built, and leave you more confident than you were before I showed up.
